Bone Divination
Divination is an effective tool for tackling the crisis of the human psyche in modern times. Divination clarifies the meaning of the Soul's quest and sheds light to the obstacles to overcome on the way to successful living. In other words, divination does not just tell you what is going on in your life; it tells you what you need to do in order to flow into your gifts and fulfill your purpose. Divination provides a positive spin on human challenges by emphasizing gifts and purpose.

The year is 2000, I had the great honor of attending a year long training with the late Dr. Malidoma Some, an African elder/diviner. The second year, I became one his assistants; the third year I co-taught with Malidoma and two other medicine teachers. After the third year, it was divined I would make the journey to Africa to begin my initiation as a diviner. A year later, I traveled back to Africa to go through a rigorous, intensive initiation as a diviner and oracle. This pilgrimage brought me home to my own deep Celtic ancestral lineage of wise women, witches, herbalist, and bone readers. I am in deepest gratitude to Malidoma Some for helping me to remember my own ancestors and to bring forth the healing of my lineage.
Bone Divination is a form of deep consultation with the “Other World.” It is a sacred method of addressing questions of relationship, health, purpose, and unresolved issues in one’s life. When I open the portal through a powerful invocation with my bell & rattle, the ancestors immediately reveal themselves through the objects, or through the oracle that I channel, to deliver messages of healing, forgiveness, and reconciliation.
The beauty of the ancient art of Bone Divination is not only do you receive messages from the Other World, but specific rituals, which are prescribed to bring you in alignment with your soul’s deepest desires. The rituals become the alchemical territory where the magic happens. The elemental forces, ancestors, and spirit guides are invoked, and they come rushing forth to assist the living to bring more beauty and healing to their own lives, and to the world.

Reda Rackley, Diviner, Storyteller, Mythologist
Learn the difference between the term ‘shaman’ and ‘diviner’, the healing power of ritual and the significance of connecting with our ancestral line. Reda was initiated into the indigenous medicine of the Dagara tribe in Burkina Faso, West Africa and teaches ancient traditions through storytelling, ritual, art and divination. Her women’s retreats and courses integrate mythology, depth psychology and spirituality. Reda is also a certified expressive artist and wisely infuses painting, sculpture, dance, music and writing in her transformative work.
Divination Appointment
On the day of your scheduled divination, please enter into a silent, meditative space a few hours before our session. I ask that you invoke your ancestors, spirit guides, or holy beings to enter into this quiet space with you. If we meet virtually, I will record the call and send you a link to the recorded file the day after our session. I also ask that you give yourself some time after the session to journal, reflect, or go for a walk in nature to root the ritual time together deep in your bones. I look forward to our sacred time together.
